Terms & Conditions
We understand that there are occasions when you may wish to return an item to us for several reasons. If you wish to arrange a return to us please follow the steps below.
(Please note that we are unable to accept any responsibility for returns received without a Return Authorisation Number being issued first by our client services team).
14 Day Return Guarantee
If you change your mind for any reason you may return your purchase for a no quibble full refund. Please note that your item must be 'as new' and unopened and unused. The cost of the return is covered by the buyer. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning to receive a full refund.
Items Delivered Incorrectly Or With Faults
Any goods delivered that are faulty or were delivered as substitutes without your explicit consent may be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods from us. Please email us at email@example.com where you will be issued with a RMA number and we will arrange a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Whilst unfortunate and rare, products do occasionally develop faults after a period of use. Unless otherwise stated, all of the products sold by us carry a manufacturer's guarantee of at least one year. Items over 14 days old that have a warranty requirement are subject to the manufacturer warranty terms. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise on each warranty case individually as all manufacturers have different requirements.
Right To Cancel
Your right to cancel starts the moment an order has been placed and extends to 14 days after delivery of goods. If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, you can simply do this by logging back into your account and cancelling the order. Alternatively you can contact us asking to cancel for you.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel once you have taken delivery then please contact us and we can provide details on how to return the item. Please note that the item must be 'as new' and unused and unopened. The cost of the return must also be covered by the customer.
